A 2,400 sq ft house rebuilt to 3,600 — starting from the systems up.
The house had been an investment property for years: an older interior layout and aging mechanical systems that needed a complete redesign, not a refresh.
We added approximately 1,200 sq ft of new living space and rearranged the plan into 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with an open-concept layout for family living.
By the numbers
- 3,600 sq ft final
- +1,200 sq ft added

How it turned out
Converted an aging investment property into a long-term residential asset with modern performance, functionality and aesthetics — rebuilt on infrastructure rather than cosmetic change.
The property later took ice-storm damage when a fallen tree collapsed the roof and walls. Cerpa Construction ran the full emergency reconstruction: debris removal, structural rebuild, new framing, roofing, siding, windows and gutters. Fully restored.
